Justin began his real estate career in 2015 under the mentorship of experienced investors, studying residential investment strategy, negotiation, and transaction structuring. By 2017, he was operating full-time as both a licensed agent and investor, participating in hundreds of acquisitions, listings, renovations, and property management transactions.
Over the following years, he built and led multiple real estate ventures, including a general construction company, a property management operation, an acquisitions call center, and a nonprofit focused on affordable housing. He raised several million dollars in private capital and gained direct experience managing underwriting, construction execution, investor relations, and complex transaction coordination.
In 2021, after structuring a hedge fund and securing significant capital commitments, Justin chose to step back from rapid expansion to rebuild his business around structure, accountability, and long-term sustainability. That period led to the development of his guided workbook, Tilting The Balance™, a disciplined operating framework designed to prevent chaos and burnout while increasing performance consistency.
In 2024, Justin re-entered an acquisitions role within an established real estate firm, where he generated over $1 million in revenue for the company in under twelve months using creative real estate strategies. This period reaffirmed the effectiveness of structured execution and reinforced the practical systems that now anchor Real Deal Society™.
Today, Real Deal Society™ reflects that evolution. It operates as a real estate execution company built on firsthand transaction experience, structured systems, and disciplined leadership. The Clean Sale System™ was developed as a direct response to complex seller situations and stalled transactions, combining brokerage knowledge, investment structuring, and construction coordination into one execution model that supports professionals rather than competing with them.
