My name is Justin Bullock.
From 2015 to 2020, I went all-in on real estate. I participated in hundreds of collective transactions spanning across numerous areas in residential real estate.
During that time, I was a Realtor®. I was a flipper. A wholesaler. Property manager. Joint venture partner. Construction vendor.
I founded an acquisitions company. A real estate brokerage. Property management company. Construction management firm. General construction company. Remodeling company. Nonprofit organization concentrated on affordable housing. A hedge fund. And, a few other endeavors...
I was making money but, I burnt myself out.
